Ability to snooze a message, as a way to remind yourself to come back later and look at a message, like remind me later in X amount of time

Change the status of forms so patients can access the same link, so they can resolve any mistakes on their forms and resubmit them

Foundations Chiropractic #2027 Be able to restrict a specific patient to only one appointment type, essentially an "appt type jail." For example, if an office has specific pregnancy appointments, they could lock pregnant patients to only the Pregnancy Adjustment appointment type so they can't self-schedule a regular adjustment. This gives providers more control over dictating patient care flow without having to fully block the patient from scheduling altogether or from having to restrict other patients to one default appointment type.

Make it easier to setup the google review widget on an offices website

Be able to have set-time reminders send out on one specific day for the whole week, instead of sending out at a specific time each day (like sending out on Sunday for the whole week, vs sending out each day at 8am)

Add a "Preview" button inside the provider schedule that shows a live view of what the provider's availability would look like on the portal, based on the current settings, before saving. So offices can confirm everything looks right without toggling back and forth

limit how many appointments a patient can book each week through the app

When viewing a client's timeline, be allowed to separately hide automated / ot messages and only see the messages the office sent manually.

When an appointment is scheduled within the reminder's lead time (e.g., a 24hr reminder but the appointment was booked only 12hrs out), the reminder should have a an option to still fire looking back to the scheduling event and sending immediately or at the soonest viable point rather than being silently skipped.

We would love to see a waitlist option in the future within the app so that patients can be notified of an opening on a certain day.
